Chad Sandifer started Sandifer Land and Cattle, LLC in 2021. This company was born because of the desire to return to the “old fashion” way of doing business. Building positive relationships with our customers is the priority while creating a reputation within our community of quality work, done right the first time, and at an affordable price. Attention to detail

and our commitment to never leaving a job until the customer is 100% satisfied are core principals every member of our team shares. Andrew Campbell joined the team in early 2022 bringing his attention to detail and knowledge of craftsmanship to the company to better serve our customers. His passion for creating a professional high quality finished product will leave you and your family knowing your property has been cared for as if it is his own. In those instances where there is a conflict with business, family comes first. Friendship is the key basis for a long-term business relationship; treating people in the same way we would like to be treated is the rule.”
