Just a quick note...the Dairy, the goats and all the buildings, made it through the hurricane without a hitch. Kudos to High Ridge Quality Construction for doing the great job you did. The generator runs perfectly and uses only 5 gallons of propane a day. We're so lucky there! Now, to ditch Spectrum and get Starlink in here...

Not sure how to broach the subject, but the time has come to turn over the Goat Dairy to more capable, less disabled, management.

We have several options available to prospective owners, from a straight cash transaction, thru lease to own, to just having a smart person run a team of HEALTHY youngsters to grow the herd, and make tons of cheese, soap, caramel, and money. I won't be posting more pictures, as there are over 1,000 photos on the web right now. I am available to talk though. Try to remember I'm on Hawaii Standard Time.

My new herdsire, barn name Carl. He is the son of St Isidore Pope Leo X and a VERY milky NOA Saanen from Hawaii Island Goat Dairy, who's name escapes me at the moment. No, wait, it's Jewel!Carl weighs 16 pounds at three weeks old, I hope he'll be a moose in the future. In the mean time, he fell asleep in my lap today, out in a pasture. He's a big baby.
