Tools of the trade this past weekend! The ribs and chicken finished late, so I didn't get a pic...but the new drum smoker is working out its kinks and breaking in. Vertical drums are a bit different style, but smoke to meat is smoke to meat! I also enjoyed the Blackstone breakfast. I love that griddle!

Had an old horizontal drum laying around from another project. Hooked it up to my bumper carrier on the RV, bought some things at Home Depot, made a vertical smoker with a drum. I wouldn't normally have a door on a vertical, but it smoked nice and sealed pretty good for sausages and meatballs. Tonight is split chicken breast! It all held temp for about 3 hours steady.....i was happy for a travel build
