Did a crab and shrimp boil for the family yesterday to practice for next weekend.
My moms best friend Ginger Holloman Waldron and Ricky Waldron have hired me to be their “personal chef” for Labor Day Weekend. The menu will be
*crab and shrimp boil with all the fixings
*cucumber, tomato, and onion salad
*homemade Red Lobster cheddar bay biscuits
*homemade peach cobbler
*homemade smoked cheesecake 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Need a “personal chef” give me a holler. I can do anything from BBQ, steaks, chicken, crab boils, hibachi and more- small to large gatherings. I would love to cook for you and have lots of references 🔥🔥

Had a great time at the Rib Cook Off Association Smokin on the Rails competition sponsored by Smokin Brothers, Inc. and came home with a 3rd place win in chicken wings🔥

Congratulations to BBQBugsy for her wins in the rib category.
We both competed in the adult categories. 🔥

Want to wish my granny a big HAPPY 71st BIRTHDAY 🎉 Her and my granddaddy have always been there for me in everything I do. I know she misses him cause I sure do to but I am thankful for all of our memories and thankful for all she still does for me. Love u granny and hope u have a great day celebrate with all of us🎉🎂

I have a big catering event tonight and have been working hard the last 2 days to get ready for it🔥
I have had a cute little helper as you can see. We took some time away from the smoker to cut some peppers to put in our brine we already made. You can make the brine up and keep adding your peppers to it. These peppers are great on pizza, sandwiches, smoked cream cheese and more. Plus I wanted to give a HUGE shout out to HWY 30 Designs LLC for this awesome cutting board they sent to me.
