Hey exhibitors! Fair season is right around the corner make sure you’re staying on top of everything with this helpful checklist ✅

📌 FAIR ENTRIES due August 2nd @ 5PM
📌 BUYER LETTERS should be handwritten & mailed/handed out
📌 SHOW UNIFORM = white jeans, button-up, FFA jacket, scarf/tie
📌 FAIR MEETING August 12th @ 6PM (FFA meeting after!)
📌 SOCIAL MEDIA SUBMISSIONS due July 31st
📌 PROJECT UPDATE: AET, budget/hours, visits, clip day!

Let’s get everything in and checked off so you can show with confidence and have an awesome fair week!

This morning we say good bye to our sweet Grams. Thankful she went to be with Jesus and we will be seeing each other again.
