Well guys. I started honey bees this year. I'm excited about it. If you happen to find a bee swarm or hive and you want them removed. Contact me and I'll see what I can do. Next week I'm cutting down a dead tree that is full of honeybees and im going to try to relocate them. Also if you or anyone you know has honeybee equipment they want to get rid of get a hold of me.

Just throwing this out there again. I will butcher your deer for $55. Tell your friends. I've already done a couple but I would like to do a few more. No more wondering if you actually get the meat from your deer from the butcher shop or no more mess in your wife's kitchen. Just give me a call 607-215-6018

Don't know why I did it but I bought doves last night.. Lol four to be exact. Looks like I'm just adding all kinds of birds to my farm. Hopefully I can get them to breed if I keep them inside. Anyone need any doves for a magic show or wedding lol

So much to do, not enough time, Butternut squash needs to be moved to the cellar, black walnuts need to be picked and dried, hot peppers need to be dried, potatoes need to be dug, horseradish needs to be dig, chickens fed, rabbit pens cleaned, the list can go on but the point is trying to set up sustainable food for yourself can be difficult. I have a dream of providing most if not all my own food and I have myself one year to be prepared and set up for it.. I have the chickens, turkeys, and started with a small garden, but how am I going to do next year when I add goats, pigs, and a huge garden... Plus work full time. I am definitely in for a rough but healthy next year.

I just made five jars of salsa. All ingredients are farm fresh. They turned out amazing. I think I'm going to make more tomorrow.

I've been harvesting walnuts the last few days. They are out drying now. If anyone is interested in fresh walnuts comment below. I just started harvesting so I'm not sure how much I will have but the first batch of nuts should be ready in a week.
