It's cloudy but at least we aren't burning up. It feels great out at the Downtown Albertville Farmers Market this morning.

I have had several people asking about pepper jelly. I will have the jalapeno amd habanero at Saturdays made on the mountain fest. Downtown Albertville Farmers Market come see us. I am trying to get apple butter made but time is movimg fast. I hope to have some tomorrow though.

It is a beautiful day come on out to the Downtown Albertville Farmers Market . We have fresh eggs and some great jellies for the summer.

We have some of the Christmas Cowboy cookie mix gift jars left from Saturdays market. They make a great gift for a teacher, co worker, anyone really. We made 4 different varieties, M&M w/ chocolate chips, M&M w/ white chips, peanut butter chips w/chocolate chips, or PB chips W/white chips. $10 per jar.
There is also a limited number of jelly left over from the summer market. We are discounting them from now until Christmas for $8 a jar. The flavors left are Dandelion, Honeysuckle, wild violet, apple butter (also a sugar free version), lemon blueberry, lavender blueberry, and cinnamon blueberry. Today is the last Saturday to come to the downtown Albertville Farmers market. We are trying to reduce our inventory. Our spring flavors are marked down. We only have 5 jars of honeysuckle jelly left untill next spring.

Our first decent blueberry harvest this year. The girls have picked a few here and therr to eat, bit I have enoigh to make muffins now.

I tried oit a recipe for pepper jelly. I have had a lot of people ask if I have any pepperjelly. I tried a test batch and will see what some family and friends think before I bring it to the Downtown Albertville Farmer's market.
