In honor of I am taking on the Challenge - and of course, this South Louisiana girl had to make it a Cajun Crawfish Omelette! Fluffy eggs, the Holy Trinity, seasoned crawfish tails and a broil finish with Gruyère…. Still feels a little crazy seeing myself up there as #71 👀🔥

A few months ago, I was standing in one of the biggest kitchens I’ve ever seen, competing against 99 other home cooks on Food Network’s brand new series, 100 Cooks.

Now it’s finally almost time for everyone to see it.

I laughed, I stressed, I cooked my heart out… and I cannot WAIT for y’all to watch this journey unfold 🍳

Well… the cat’s officially outta the bag now 🤭🍳

I’m still trying to wrap my head around this, but I’m SO excited to finally say that I’m Contestant #71 on ’s brand new competition series 100 Cooks!

Getting to cook alongside 99 other home cooks from all over the country in the ultimate stadium kitchen was absolutely unreal. The pressure, the chaos, the excitement… y’all are NOT ready 😂

Hosted by the incredible and judged by culinary legends and .digiovanni — this show is BIG, bold and unlike anything I’ve ever been part of.
