Our founder, Leigh loved sampling beers but felt that something was missing. After some encouragement from his friends, and a loving and understanding wife, he decided to start making his own. As it turned out, he was a natural Brewmaster. Today, the brewery has grown from a single pot on a stove, to a three vessel BCS system and continues to expand.
