Usually, people are quick to assume that weight loss should be praised while weight gain should be looked down upon.
It is time to put these assumptions to rest.
Weight loss does not equate to a health gain and weight gain does not mean something negative has occurred.
You never really know what someone may be going through or dealing with. Commenting on their body may do a lot more harm than you realize. Even if you think the comments are positive, the person receiving them might not feel the same way.
Overall, it is unnecessary to share your opinion on someone else's body and it really is none of your business.
