Potato, sausage comfort food. Par boiled potatoes sautéed with kielbasa sausage, bell pepper, onions, canola oil, chili sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar with 1/2 cup of water to unstick. Tastes delicious over a bed of steamed rice. ULTIMATE comfort food.

Left seasoned for roasting and right after 45 minutes of roasting. Perfect with pork roast.

Beautiful pork roast. The skin crisped up perfectly. The meat underneath is super tender and moist.

Bone-in Pork Shoulder roasting slowly over 8 hours at which point I will raise the temp to 500 F for about 15 minutes to crisp up the skin. It will be pull apart perfect.
