Yesterday was a new flavor trial… and it’s probably my favorite so far!! Guinness and Smoked Gouda 🤤 I’m going to try it with white cheddar too.
*video says smoked cheddar… but it’s not. 😂*

We are not taking anymore sourdough orders for pickup this week… it’s a busy week in the Birse House. 😆

Next week pickup will be Tuesday and Thursday! Feel free to go ahead and place your order now so you can get on the books. I will have a limited quantity.

We will have Artisan White Cheddar Jalapeño, Artisan Rosemary Parmesan, Regular Artisan, and Sandwich Sourdough loaves.
New flavors coming next week… and I love special requests 😍
