2022, you’ve been good to the Bleu. 💙Sitting down after a whirlwind day to drink this morning’s cup of coffee, all I can think about is how grateful I am. On the last day of the year, we created boards for 30 people!! In one day! In one kitchen! This year we curated boards bigger than we ever imagined, found new rhythms, explored new flavors, and we couldn’t have done any of it without our amazing community. Thank you for allowing me to share my love of cheese, and for sharing your love of cheese with your guests. I’m so excited to see what 2023 will bring! That’s enough blabbering, time to go clean my kitchen.

This morning, I decided I didn’t want to film my process today. Normally, I have a whole set up which is slightly difficult to work around. In the name of content, we do what we have to do.

I decided this morning I wanted to be fully present, and let the artistic flow carry me through the process of curating these spreads. Sometimes, it’s okay to reset, and enjoy what you do without the intention of the world watching.

I have scaled back this account significantly since it’s heyday in 2020, and I have a whole new outlook on this business and I conduct it. My life has had some really significant twists and turns in the last 2 years, but Bleu Board is still here for you, your parties, your guests, and all the taste buds. If you’re here, and you made it all the way to the end of this rant, I appreciate you. Thank you for continuing to follow along on this journey, and taking interest in a snapshot of my life. 💙 Aves.
