This beautiful piece of meat is then blanketed inside of griddled garlic sourdough bread with crispy pickles, melty provolone, and you can’t forget le MUSTARDO. Pair it perfectly with some southern style waffle fries that’s been drizzled with white truffle oil and then sassed up with shaved parmesan and some little cilantro trees 🌳
