Thanks FatHead PHil's for sharing! Looks delicious! We love to see and hear how Burton Honey-Granna D's Bees is being enjoyed!

Locally sourced Burton Meat Processing ribeye, smoked and reverse seared, sliced on the bias served on a bed of spinach topped by a blueberry & local honey compote reduction & blue cheese. Cracked black pepper and a honey bourbon dry rub. Exquisite.
