Happy Monday, friends! I'd like to say a very heartfelt thank you for a simply amazing summer! I have such gratitude to my students and their families. Here are a few highlights! My students learn hands-on culinary and life skills they will take with them throughout their lifetime. What an incredible privilege to teach these amazing students! Lots of wonderful memories and yummy recipes were made! I look forward to Summer 2027!

Happy Thursday, friends! Fall schedule starts September 1st. There are new classes for tweens, teens, adults, and my neurodiverse students too! I only host six students per class to ensure a completely hands-on experience. My students leave class with real culinary life skills they use for a lifetime - and lots of yummy food too! These fun themed classes are not to be missed.

Happy Friday, friends! Wow! June is flying by. I am super excited about A Week to THRIVE. I have a couple spots remaining and I'd the opportunity to work with your student(s). Although this is a very special week especially designed for my neurodiverse students, neurotypical students are welcome too! I teach many mixed classes. Culinary and life skills galore for all this week. Highlights: teamwork, social skills, super fundamentals, tons of cooking, a grocery store shopping visit, a project culminating in a presentation at weeks end to participants' family members, and so much more! Happy Friday, friends! Let's Luau at this month's Supper Club and Saturday Socials. We will focus on outdoor grill skills and knife skills while creating some yummy Hawaiian cuisine. Don't worry, no experience is necessary - just need a willingness to learn. Even if your student has a limited palette these classes are fun and especially designed for neurodiverse students to learn cooking life skills. Happy Wednesday, friends! Summer fun is just around the corner! I am excited to share summer fun themes. Registration is open with all classes/menus posted. Class schedule link in the comments. Locate classes according to your student(s) age group.

Did you know if you have a friend group, I have Wednesdays open for booking your private summer fun?! Same price points with a four student minimum. Choose any summer fun theme. SO FUN!!

Don't delay as there are only six spots available in my intentionally small and mighty classes. Every student has their own workstation, set of tools, utensils, and ingredients. No demos here! My students really learn the life skills of cooking including clean up. I look forward to working with your student(s). So many recipes and so little time! Happy Friday, friends! Join me for the next Saturday Supper Club experience, Let's Celebrate March Madness! Did you know that my Saturday Supper Club is a monthly cooking class experience designed especially for teens with autism and other neurodiversities? My students enjoy preparing a themed meal in a calm, relaxed, and welcoming kitchen to build basic cooking skills, kitchen life skills, expand their tastes, practice independence and social skills while forming meaningful connections with others. This is a hands-on class, purposefully small, with a maximum of six spots available each experience allowing for maximum learning opportunities and attention for every student. Happy Monday, friends! Here are a few photos highlighting the small and mighty Friday Night Live class for neurodiverse teens 13-21. I host four to six students each month to wonderfully themed classes which are purposefully designed for a small group of students. These classes are hands-on and students create real recipes from start to finish. We focus on a specific set of culinary life skills each and every class. Plus, there are conversation starters to get the socialization going if needed. However, we never fail to have great fun and conversation! Here are upcoming classes.
