Meeting with my uncle today James Pavlock to deliver him some homemade smoked all pork sausage. This recipe was his mom’s , hopefully I did good!
If any of you have recipes like this and would like sausage made let me know. I can do fresh or smoked.
All I ask is that it’s a 20 # minimum.

Wow, the response from all of you has been very encouraging and great to see. A lot of you have asked about my spices. Yes, I’m still making them. The 2 most popular are my meat majik and oinkin but I make many others. Just message me and ask and I’ll let ya know. Thank you all so much! Looking forward to hearing from ya!

Update on jerky. I got the meat all cut up today and it’s now marinating.

Hello everyone man it’s been a minute . I wanted to let you all know that I have began to fire up my smokehouse .
This week I will be making
Sweet and spicy jerky for a great friend of mine and some original for my kiddos.
If anyone is interested in some just DM me. Also
While I have her fired up I figured I’d smoke some homemade sausage as well. I’ll be making some OG Majik sausage and some jalapeno/ cheese . Again if any of you are interested let me know!
I’ll be posting videos of the cook as the week goes on.
It feels so good to be doing what I love again has a hobby . Can’t wait to hear from you all and share the goodness.
