We lost a good one this weekend
Joseph Cinanni was from NY city and a true culinarian from the time I meet him in Houston in the late 90’s
He was my Sous and friend for many years and his knowledge from what I gathered, his grandmother
made me a better Chef. Remember that we as professional culinarian need to pass on our passion, knowledge and artistic ability on to the staff that make us better. Stay strong Sherly Reline Cinanni and RIP my friend JC .
