Wow…… 10 years you’ve put up with me……! 🤣

Today we reached a milestone……. Jules has been with me and Salt and Bracken for 10 years, possibly even to the day!

To say I’d be lost without her is an understatement. My sounding board, my diary planner, my “oh Jules, can you just……” and a friend too - thank you for all you’ve done for me and our brands. Truly you make a difference 😎😘

What a fantastic day yesterday…… with the launch of the 2027 Musto Country collection which believe it or not will celebrate Musto’s 40th year in the country market!

Truly honoured to be a part of this brand again and with the move back to Country. With what was shown yesterday I have no doubt Musto will be claiming the top spot market leading the technical waterproof arena very soon.

SS27 final prep for the final push - revisiting some of the world’s finest golf clubs in the North of England and Ireland over the next two weeks……

This season has been long…… already over 10,000 miles since starting SS27, what’s another 2,000…..! Been hard work this season but thank you to everyone who has given me your time and orders over the last few months. It’s never taken for granted and always enormously appreciated by me and our brands we are fortunate enough to represent - thank you.

That’s a wrap…….. well almost - but it is the SS27 stock rooms ticked off at least……!

A huge thank you to everyone of my customers who have given me time and travelled to see me over the last several weeks. Never taken for granted and always enourmously appreciated - thank you 🙏

An eye watering and bum numbing number of miles covered, hundreds of brand meetings and lots of extremely positive meetings held across our markets, even in what is clearly tough trading conditions.

Time for a little recharge of the batteries before the final push before all the deadlines pile in, oh, and a super exciting trip around Ireland lined up mid Sept for Holebrook and the top Irish golf resorts and clubs!

Days like this make you feel younger……. What a week…… 1,750 miles visiting some amazing golf venues across Scotland who kindly gave me their time to discuss the future of potentially in their stores and the golf market in general.

As always, every day is a school day but a week at school it was! Cemented everything I’ve already gained over these last 3-4 years trying to establish Holebrook into the UK golf scene and so much more. Totally invaluable trip. Thank you 🙏

A huge thank you to those of who gave your time across the Scottish golf industry this week - I’m still learning every day but loving it - such a warm, supportive, informative and willing industry to be a part of. Thank you for making a newbie feel so welcome.

Holebrook truly is making a mark - I started this journey 4 years ago. The windproof liners are interesting, but it’s the unique knits that are truly making the golf industry stand up and take notice. Ladies may only be 10% of the industry but accounts for nearly 50% of my golf business because its product women actually want to buy.

A long way to go and hugely grateful to those who have given us some peg space as am acutely aware of the value these pegs carry but delighted to see and hear that they are providing a high ROI on Holebrook stock.

What a great 2 days in the company of with the launch of the new and genuinely very exciting SS27 collection - some fantastic new colours, new styles, new materials and generally super collection.

Followed by a hilarious afternoon playing a 3 person ‘scramble’ in a breathtaking location! Thank you and your team, as always, great hospitality and collections…… SS27 bring it on!
