Congratulations to the many staff members who were recognized at our Celebrate Amazing awards Sunday afternoon! We are so proud to have Diamond Leader winners Kim Henson and Betty Taylor leading meetings at Eldridge! Many of the individual awards went to the Eldridge Team, not to mention the big awards: Receptionist of the Year Judy Enloe! Leader of the Year Betty Taylor! So proud of our Amazing Staff Members!

I can not have wheat flour, but almond flour is OK. Does anyone know how to convert a recipe that uses the wheat flour to almond flour?
I am very confused by the points. How does a point translate into a calorie? Last Thursday was my second week, second weigh-in. I didn't gain, but i didn't lose.
I became a member of this last Thursday. My first official meeting is this coming Thursday, 8/9. Not sure what the scale would reflect because I've been at events where the food left little choices. What happens in a case like that, what do people do?

Sitting here for meeting! Lots of people have arrived and left....Because it is not open!! It is not raining there is no problem with Harvey here! We should have been notified if the meetings were cancelled.... very poor management!!!!!
