In 2001, after being layed off from a job in the sporting goods industry, Chef Ken decided to change careers and follow his heart into the field of pastries. Just Desserts was his original venture where he created unique and delicious desserts for private events. In 2013, Just Desserts closed, but Chef Ken is back to continue to pursue his bakery shop dream.
