✨ Bibingka Bisaya ✨
A true taste of home — soft, fragrant, and topped with rich, golden latik. Perfect for the holidays… or anytime you’re craving comfort. 🇵🇭

Recipe:
Bibingka Batter
• 4 cups rice flour
• 1 1/2 cups white sugar
• 2 packs (4 tsp) instant yeast
• 1 tsp salt
• 800 ml coconut milk

Latik Sauce
• 1 cup coconut cream
• 1/2 cup coconut sugar or light brown sugar
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp vanilla

You’ll Also Need:
• Banana leaves
• Muffin mold

Bake:
🔥 400°F for 10–15 mins in a charcoal oven
or
🔥 400°F for 20–25 mins in a traditional oven

Serve warm & enjoy! 🤎🥥✨

- Store-bought pizza dough (or flatbread!)

- Chopped green onions

35 and beyond! Celebrated another trip around the sun at Le Bernardin- 10/10 (everything I dreamed of and more). Grateful for the gift of life, for my siblings and family, and for sharing this experience with my favorite niece—who bravely savored every bite of her vegetarian tasting menu. A night to remember!
