I search for meaning in things. I usually don’t find it. Maybe I don’t need to. Maybe it’s enough just to just wing it and be curious. I guess that’s adventure.

We weaned our calves yesterday. It was hot. For a change I did NOT get a concussion….so that’s a plus :)

Sunday chores…putting these kids to work! Being outside and working together allows us to lead by example and teach our kids the value of hard work…something I repeat often to my children who are still learning is, in the words of the late Hunter Thompson, that “if something is worth doing it’s worth doing right”.
