Thank you to everyone who came out to the Houston Association of Black Journalists “Meet the Candidates” forum today. It was great to see the attendees engaged, informed, and invested in the future of Harris County. Special thanks to the candidates, Annise Parker and Council Member Letitia Plummer, and everyone who helped make this important conversation possible. Your voice matters, and today proved that civic engagement is alive and well in Houston. Remember early voting starts Monday! Vote Vote Vote 🙂
