Washington County Fair. Thank you again for a great, yet exhausting, week. WCF was my very first show when I began this venture and I've met so many great people that have become friends over the years. It has been so much fun meeting the kids showing animals and now many of them are off to college.
You all hold a special place in my heart.

Getting ready for the Washington County Fair that runs Wednesday through Saturday. Last year the kids really loved the freeze dried candy so I've been busy experimenting with new products and I have to say I just love all the colors!..
If you missed coming out to the Heart of Katy Market yesterday you still have a chance today from noon-5pm.

Day 2 at the Bluebonnet Festival and it is going to be amazing weather; sunny skies and 70°. With all the unique vendors you're sure to find something you can't live without. Then stop by the Quattro Ranch booth on Poplar Street, four booths down from Main for some yummy food samples and treats.
The thunderstorms moved out and it is a gorgeous morning in Chappell Hill at the Bluebonnet Festival!
Quattro Ranch will be at the Bluebonnet Festival Saturday April 15th 9am-6pm and Sunday April 16th 10am-5pm. You can find us in our usual spot on Poplar Street, just a few booths down from Main Street. Y'all come out, enjoy the day and stop by to say hi.

This was my very first show about four years ago and it is great to see a lot of the same familiar faces. Your warm and kind support helped give me the boost to book more venues and branch out. Due to the ongoing rain, Bellville Market Days has been canceled for today, Saturday May 1st. I know it was a tough call for the Chamber but when it is raining in the morning it is next to impossible to set up the vendor booths without everything getting soaked.

A few years ago I created dip recipes to include in care packages for family and friends for the holidays. The dip mixes were a huge hit so my cousin suggested I market them. Over the next year I developed more flavors then decided to rent a vendor booth at a craft show to see if other people liked them. Success! Not only did they like them but they gave me ideas for new flavors and new products like soup and casserole mixes. Still working on getting the Ghost Pepper dip recipe just right...
