When I'm not catering espresso, I enjoy making espresso drinks at home for myself.
My favorite lately is Irish coffee with two shots of espresso Jamison and Irish cream. Add hot water to taste.
Try it you'll like it!

Did you know the darker you roast coffee, the less caffeine it has? Often times people will choose a dark roast coffee because they think it is stronger; well it at least TASTES stronger.

What is the difference between Cappuccino and Lattes? I'm often asked that question, so here goes. Cappuccino is technically 1/3 espresso, 1/3 steamed milk, and 1/3 textured or foamed milk. Latte is espresso, topped off with mostly steamed milk, and then a thin layer of textured or foamed milk on top. The other variation of latte is called "Flat", and this means espresso topped off with steamed milk, and no textured or foamed milk.

There was no way to save Dee Dee’s Deli and Pie Shoppe, a fixture in a northeast Harris County community, as in went up in flames after Thanksgiving, but now a fundraiser is planned to help the owner recover.
