What an honor to be part of this incredible event 💙

Southern Smoke Festival is more than just great food; it's chefs from all over the country coming together for something bigger than ourselves.

Chef Shawn and Sous Chef Longfei served up this fresh bite—King Salmon Crudo with preserved lemon—alongside nearly 100 chefs and 4,000 guests.

Together, we raised $2M for Southern Smoke Foundation, fueling a safety net for food and beverage workers in crisis.

We're proud to be part of this community, and grateful for the opportunity to show up for our industry.

A Bordeaux legacy is coming to Camaraderie🍷

On Tuesday, October 13, w**emaker Axel Heinz of the historic Château Lascombes—a distinguished estate in the Margaux appellation with roots dating back to the 16th century—is joining us for a one-night, four-course w**e dinner.

We’ll kick things off at 6 pm with canapés and bubbles before sitting down for a curated menu of foie gras agnolotti, Muscovy duck, miso-chocolate and more, all paired with exceptional Château Lascombes pours.
