Street food meets fine dining 🌱 Panisse is a classic Ligurian fritter, made with chickpeas and fried till crispy. Ours is served with garbanzo bean tartare and earthy roasted squash, filled with a bright, peppery arugula emulsion (bonus: this one's vegan).
