Blueberry Lemon Bundt Cake with Lemon Glaze
1 French vanilla cake mix
1 C vanilla yogurt
1 small package instant lemon pudding
1 1/2 C blueberries
3 eggs
1/2 oil
1 C water
2 Tbsp flour
Preheat oven to 350°, Spray a Bundt pan with cooking spray, In a large mixing bowl combine box cake mix, water, oil, pudding powder and eggs, mix until well combined, stir in yogurt. Sprinkle flour over blueberries and toss toss to coat, gently fold in blueberries. Pour batter evenly into prepared pan and bake at 350° for 45 minutes, or until middle of cake is set. Let cake cool for 20 minutes before turning out onto cake plate.
Lemon Glaze 🍋
2 Tbsp Milk
3 Tbsp Melted butter
2 C Powdered sugar
2 Tbsp Lemon juice
Combine until smooth and drizzle over completely cooled cake.

I had some bananas get ripe on me so made bread. I used the recipe in the middle. It’s out of a 1950’s church cookbook. I added minced walnuts as a little cinnamon. Made this one several times. It has never been done at times specified. Usually more like 75 minutes.

I found this recipe at my daughters home looking in a magazine. I took a picture of it and I sat on it for at least a year before one day I made it. I could not believe what the black olives did to spaghetti sauce. When our grandkids come for a stay they always have this on the list of things they want me to make. It really is a good sauce. Only one I make anymore. I made this to feed 24 people one time this summer. It got rave reviews. And a few requests for the recipe.
