We are entering cold and flu season. If you have the sniffles and sneezes, go see my friend Phil at C*D American Shaman in the Katy Depot. He is now carrying my Elderberry Infused honey in 8oz or 12oz sizes. Elderberry is packed with antioxidants and has been historically used for homeopathic aid. He also carries my Ginger Peach Creamed honey. Ginger has traditionally been used for soothing your GI symptoms. Phil has many other tinctures and ointments to help you through this season. Open Tuesday through Saturdays, the Shaman is in the house!

Hopefully, if family health holds, we'll be in the upcoming markets. Summer outdoor farmers market in Denison will be coming to a close soon. We'll be joining the winter market at the Katy Depot in later dates in October following the Eisenhower Birthday weekend October 10. Prickly pear fruit will be maturing soon, and I'll be processing the red tunas and dehydrating the sliced fruit so the prickly pear infused honeys will be coming up next. I'll restock the jelly, drink elixir and pancake syrup as well. Think pink for October, my friends!
