Microgreen spring rolls, rice paper, lots of broccoli microgreens, pea microgreens, sunflower microgreens, radish microgreens, a bit of mayo with garlic powder for a nice cream sauce, a drizzle of sesame seed oil. Daughter had just made some rice so I put a scoop in each roll. Dipped in a little soy sauce and YUMMMMM!!! Can't wait to make more with difference sauces.
