Squidgie Cakes "Where each cake is made with love, smiles and a whole lot of fun!!" Hello and Welcome to Squidgie Cakes. The name of my company is inspired by my son.

My name is Audrey and Squidgie Cakes was created in my home after my son was born in 2010. I have been making and decorating cakes off and on ever since! I started by making my Goddaughters' their birthday cakes. After my son was born the requests for my sweet treats became more frequent. He was given the nickname Squidgie by one of my sisters when he was born. Since then, he has been an integral

part of all my creations. He usually hangs out in the kitchen with me, supervising or being the worlds best taste tester. I encourage you to look around at the site and see the creations that I have made. I learn new things on a regular basis and I'm always up for the challenge to try something different. One half of the cake was vanilla with chocolate ganache filling, the other was chocolate with vanilla buttercream. All decorations are made out of fondant.

Cake was vanilla with a chocolate chocolate chip buttercream filling. Rocks were made out of fondant and the log pile was made out of Tootsie rolls.
