Did you know Aspen Mulling Spices began in the 1970s at a little gift shop called Wax & Wicks in Aspen, CO? Owner Kiefer Mendenhall first created the delicious blend of spices to be added to cider in order to offer his shoppers something warm to sip as they shopped — a small gesture of hospitality that sparked a tradition. Before long, that delicious cozy offering grew into a beloved spice mix now enjoyed across the US, Canada & Europe.
From a humble Aspen storefront to gift shops, holiday markets, and family gatherings… some traditions really do stand the test of time. ✨🍎🔥
