Hot Dog Burnt Ends Recipe
12–16 Hotdogs
1/3 cup Stadium Mustard, divided
1 Tbsp your favorite BBQ rub
1/4 cup BBQ sauce
2 Tbsp brown sugar
3 Tbsp butter
1. Coat hotdogs with 2 Tbsp Stadium Mustard and your BBQ rub.
2. Smoke at 225°F for 1 hour.
3. Slice each hotdog into 4 pieces and toss with BBQ sauce, remaining Stadium Mustard, brown sugar, and butter.
4. Turn smoker to 350°F and cook 30 minutes for a thinner sauce—or 1 hour for that thick, caramelized perfection.
5. Keep warm in a slow cooker so the crowd can enjoy them all game long!
