Food for thought. Make informed decisions the next time you shop at the grocery store. Make the right choice for your family always, but know the facts too.

1) When orange juice says “non-GMO”, recognize that all oranges are non-GMO.

2) When organic milk says "antibiotic free" recognize that all milk does not have antibiotics.

3) When bananas are advertised as “cholesterol free”, realize that all bananas are cholesterol free.

4) When your bag of apples says"gluten free”, please understand that gluten is from wheat and some grains but not fruit.

5)When you see a Facebook post that talks about the "hormones in beef" please understand that beef has 1.9 nanograms of estrogen in 3 ounces, cabbage has 2000 nanograms of estrogen and that nut juice called soy milk, has a whopping 11,250 nanograms of estrogen.
