Turning 44 today and looking back at some photos put a lot in perspective. Just a few years ago I was over weight (300lbs) and as unhealthy as can be.

Today I stand here 44 years old and in the best shape of my life. Believe me when I say you can do it. Find what motivates you and use that as fuel. Never give up. You don’t have to go all out at first. Start small and work your way to it. Remember to set small goal to that are achievable. You got this

Did a little cooking this weekend for RayRay Urbano Smokin Summer bbq cookoff. One thing was for sure is was Smokin hot out there lol. Great time with the crew. Congrats to everyone that had their numbers called. Congrats to l Louie Louie Cortez and crew on their RGC and to Vince and Jeremy on their GC.

As for Bearded BBQ I was pleased with the turn ins. (Starting to find some consistency again. )
Chicken - 8th
Ribs - 11th
Brisket - 9th
Overall - 10th.
