I will be taking pre-Orders on next load of Angus Beef.
Please contact Carla @731-824-3337 to order or you can go to www.threewayprocessing.com and fill out the order form.

We only offer beef at market price on the hoof plus processing 1.25 lb rail weight (dressed weight)
Because we pay the farmer market price for freezer beef cattle it is hard to give an exact price per lb on the rail. This year it has bounced between 3.80lb- 4.00 lb rail weight. This price includes us going to pick up the beef, deliver the beef to the processor, slaughter and dry age beef for 14 days then we will custom process the beef to your order (1/2& whole orders only) vacuum seal your order and freeze it for you to pick up.

Rail weight was a little over 500lbs

Let us know when you are accepting deer again. I don't mind if it is not vacuum wrapped. Even plan old butcher paper is fine with me. I just prefer to use you guys and am holding off hunting until ya'll are accepting deer again.

Picked up my beef this morning! Went in to pay and the amount was less than I was expecting! David told me they were running a sale and since I was picking up during the sale dates, I got the sale price! I was standing there talking expecting someone to tell me the meat was out front, but then saw someone was loading it into the coolers in my truck! Wasn't expecting that either! Can't beat that kind of service! Meat was packed, frozen, and looks great! One of the easiest processing experiences I have had! Now we got freezers full of steaks, roasts, short ribs, soup bones, etc. Thanks again David Tindle!

WOW! Talk about quick service! I found out about you guys on Monday afternoon about 2 pm. Put in an order online around 2:30 pm, and paid my $500 deposit. By 2:45 pm I had an email with invoice and receipt of deposit! Said they would call in a few days when ready for processing. GREAT SERVICE! Assuming the rest of the purchasing process goes like it has so far, this is going to be outstanding!
I am looking to purchase very soon from you guys, I have heard a lot of great things. I would just like to get an approx cost of the 1/4 cow and half cow. Also how far ahead does the order need to be placed before it is ready?? Thank you
