Chicken Fettucine Alfredo
House-made, reduced-guilt Alfredo sauce, served over fettucine noodles, topped with over roasted chicken. Served with garlic butter broccoli.

Beef Kafta
Kafta style ground beef served with couscous, roasted peppers and squash, and house-made tziki sauce.

For those of you not on the Mindful Meal Prep group page:

Here is the menu for next week!!

Chicken salad pita pockets served with sliced strawberries. The strawberries will be in a separate container and will not be touching the pita, just didn’t have a container for the pictures! This is a healthier take on the typical chicken salad. It has a slight sweet sauce made mostly from Greek yogurt and a tiny bit of mayo, grapes, green onions, and pecans. Approximately 450 calories. GF option (no pita; subtract $0.75)

Korean style ground been served with white rice and veggies. Approximately 450 calories. Dairy free.

For those who care, I will be posting more detailed macronutrient information later this week! For now, I have included calorie approximations!

Chicken and veggie fajitas served with Mexican rice and refried beans. Gluten free and dairy free option. Nutrition information: 485 Calories 37g Carbs 14g Fat 47g Protein

If you would like either options dairy free, please let me know when you order and I will leave the cheese off!

Orders can be placed until Thursday at 11:59pm, or until my max capacity is reached, so order ASAP to ensure your spot! Orders must also be payed for by Thursday at 11:59pm via Venmo (pay to ).

In your order, please let me know if you will be picking up (pick up information will be available on the Mindful Meal Prep Facebook group) or if you would like me to deliver, and I will calculate the delivery fee for you (fee ranges from $7-$12).

Hello everyone!! The page is officially up! I will use this page to announce meals on Sundays and to post any important information.

My first day of meal prep services will be in just two and a half weeks, on Sunday, September 13th! Look out for an announcement of what the meals will be soon! I may even post a poll let you guys help me decide which meals will be included in my first menu!

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out! I've also set up a frequently asked questions section on the Facebook Messenger feature. If message the page, a number of frequently asked questions will pop up in the messenger. Just click the question you want to ask, and an answer will be provided!

I would just like to say how overwhelmed I have been with all of the positive feedback and support I have received from all of you! Thank you so, so much, I truly appreciate it! I am so excited for this journey and can't wait to share my food with all of you!
