We had breakfast on our mind, so we had to see what we could find! 🍳Another Broken Egg Cafe in Madison gave us some serious breakfast options. Those Biscuit Beignets were light, crunchy, soft, and covered in that sweet powdered sugar. But that Peach Cobbler French Toast? Y’all… DELIGHTFUL! 🍑🤤 It tasted like real peach cobbler on top of French toast.

The service was great, and we left with plenty to talk about!

It’s time to mix it up, Madison! 🐘🔥 We stepped outside our usual and tried Thai Elephant, and this spot did NOT disappoint. That coconut soup was rich, creamy, and packed with sweet, salty, sour, and spicy flavors all at once! The Drunken Noodles brought the heat, while the Orange Chicken delivered that sweet citrus and savory flavor combo. 🍜

We’re BACK for round two at Southern Catfish and Creole! 🐟 The menu has expanded, and y’all, they are bringing oxtails, jerk chicken, Creole classics, and more to Madison. Those spicy fried catfish fillets were seasoned beautifully, and that spicy slaw? Complete flavor explosion! 🤯🔥

We also tried the oxtails, and Mrs. Jerome is definitely putting her own touch on the menu.

We went to Sunny Street Cafe in Madison looking for a good breakfast, and let me tell y’all… this one took a TURN! 😂

The Queen’s first pancakes didn’t impress her, but our waitress noticed and brought out another plate for her to try. Those Cinnamon Roll Pancakes completely changed the game!

And don’t sleep on that Stuffed Biscuit & Gravy. That biscuit was warm, savory, rich and packed with flavor. 👀
