We are excited to announce that Greco and Sons has agreed to acquire certain assets of Jacmar Foodservice Distribution, as Sysco remains committed to its investment in the growth of our strategic Italian foodservice platform. Through this acquisition, Greco will obtain:
• A 232,000 square foot, state of the art facility located in City of Industry, California that will provide critical capacity to better serve our customers and grow in southern California, and
• Rights to service Jacmar’s independent and multi-unit restaurant customers in the pizza and Italian segment.

Until the acquisition is complete, each business will continue to operate as usual and there will be no changes in how either company services its customers or operates the company.
