At The Laid Back Catfish LLC, our sand plums grow wild in and around our pastures — planted by the land, tended by the seasons.

We harvest them by hand, gathering sun‑warmed fruit from the thickets at our ranch. Each small batch of jelly is made in our kitchen with simple ingredients and a whole lot of gratitude.

It tastes like Kansas summer — bright, sweet, and honest. Every jar carries a piece of our land, our work, and the quiet joy of living laid back.
