We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any (non-discriminatory) reason. We can refuse the sale of alcohol if we believe you're already intoxicated. We can refuse delivery if a location feels unsafe. We can refuse to interact with people who cause emotional stress.
Please keep in mind that small businesses do everything we can to protect ourselves, and the right to refuse service is the biggest protection we have.

So sorry everyone I know I promised a feature on Atomic Cow today, however there was a death in Laena Morgaine Miller's family and we're taking time to process.
Many of you know Laena as the delivery driver, but she is also the new owner of the company. Something we intended to post about this week, but this has now taken precedence. Her mother Michele passed after a 4 year battle with bladder cancer.

Please allow some time for the feature post. Thank you, and keep an eye out. Likely to be posted *next* Friday.

Hey friends, this is a friendly reminder that you cannot order alcohol to be delivered if you are already inebriated. I can get into a lot of trouble for doing so, and if I smell alcohol on your breath, or suspect that you may be drunk, I have every right to refuse the delivery of alcohol.
If you want to drink and may run out before your party is ending, please plan ahead accordingly.

I hate that I have to be the bad guy in this case, but I do so out of respect for the law and for the good of my customers.

Please don't make me be the bad guy 🥲
