Next time before you start cooking dinner, preseason your pan!

Whatever seasonings and spices you plan to cook with, season your pan with them and a drop of cooking oil (I prefer EVOO) set on low to medium heat for about 3-4 minutes.

This will create more flavorful meals. Try it and let me know if you notice a difference.
