We traveled down the road to Gladstone Missouri this weekend to compete at the Gladstone smokefest. Austin and the city of Gladstone do a great job with this comp . At the end of the day . We were happy with our cook minus a few little things and looking back at pics my presentation wasnt the best either . But the cook and the presentation managed to land us 13th out of 19
🐔 9th
Ribs 6th
🫘 12th
Dessert 15th.
