how we started


Miguel De Alba is the youngest chef in the culinary and hospitality industry of the City of Los Angeles California, with 24 years of age, who has achieved success directing specialized restaurants in Mexican cuisine. As chef of Fire and Mama secret restaurants, Miguel has had a chance to put into practice the knowledge in Business Administration who studied at the Instituto Tecno

logico Crenshaw High School, but the kitchen has been his greatest passion since childhood and today is fortunate to enjoy every day

He began his career working restaurateur in Santa Barbara California, doing a bit of everything from the store, reception, dining and of course, working in the kitchen. That's where Miguel confirmed his taste for preparing dishes that others might enjoy. At a year in Santa Barbara Miguel investors had gathered his supporters to make a proposal to the owners and opened as a partner, a new restaurant in Los Angeles.
