Nothing says fall like some Carmel Apple French toast on the Blackstone Griddle. I used the Blackstone Snicker Doodle seasoning to make the crispy Carmel topping and also in the French toast mixture.

Well Sunday Brunch on the Blackstone Griddle calls for Blueberry Lemon French Toast. I used some Sara Lee Artisan Brioche bread dipped in a mixture of eggs, French Vanilla coffee creamer, and Blackstone Snicker Doodle seasoning. I made a blueberry compote and some homemade lemon whipped cream to add to the French toast.
Well when work and school are keeping you from cooking some post worthy meals. You make sandwiches on the Blackstone griddle and post them. This one is getting me ready for Thanksgiving. It’s inspired by a restaurant called . It’s called the Pilgrim and it’s Cajun turkey, pepper jack cheese, cranberry sauce, bacon, lettuce, mayo all toasted on honey white bread.
Sunday lunch call for a Spicy Tuna Melt with sweet and spicy tuna packs. I mixed the tuna with some, pickles,Croix Valley Spicy BBQ booster, Lil Birds Kitchen’s cowboy coins,and mayo. I threw it on the some honey white bread, with Cheddar cheese and some cowboy coins. I toasted it up on the Blackstone griddle.

The Shaq Mac!!! This burger was massive and so delicious. I cooked up some Meat District Shaq burgers seasoned up with some Croix Valley Cattle Drive. I mixed up some special sauce, lettuce ,cheese, pickles all on a toasted Seasme Seed brioche bun. Want to know the secret ingredient to making my homemade Alfredo? Weekend or weeknight this Cajun Chicken Alfredo always makes its way into meal rotation. I tossed some chicken on the Blackstone griddle seasoned up with Blackstone’s Bayou Blend. While I was cooking the chicken, Jennifer was on inside making some homemade Alfredo sauce. I don’t like Alfredo that much but there’s something about when it’s mixed with the Cajun. It makes an amazing flavor combo.
I got to use this Primalforge knife kit last night and it was amazing. The blade sliced through the chicken so easily and felt solid in my hand. I love this kit and can’t wait to use it on several other cooks.
I had such an awesome time this past weekend at the Blackstone Social Summit. I got to collaborate with and we came up with this amazing dish. We called it Cajun Toddelloni. We combined Cajun stir fry and Toddelloni to make this amazing dish. I will go ahead and say the flavors of this dish were Todd and Griddle Pros approved. These last five days have been crazy. The Blackstone Social Summit 2023 was such an amazing time to hang out with all the folks at Blackstone. Friday we had three different classes to help improve our social media accounts. This picture was from the photography class where and taught us some awesome tips and tricks for our photos. Sunday calls for Asian Tacos on the Blackstone Griddle. I made these Asian tacos using some 1855 Black Angus strip steaks seasoned up with some Heifer Dust from the Hungry Hussey. When it was time to build, I tossed a tortilla down with some of the steak, slaw mix, Bachan’s Miso Japanese BBQ sauce, wonton strips, yum yum sauce, and some Blackstone Island Stir Fry seasoning. These were so delicious and full of flavor.
Bacon jam burger on the Blackstone griddle. I took some Meat District Shaq burgers and seasoned them up with some Croix Valley Garlic BBQ Booster. When it was time to build, I tossed down a toasted bun, Lil Bird Kitchen’s Cowboy Coins, Meat District burger,Smoked Sauce garlic bbq sauce, onion ring, and some homemade Bacon Jam. The flavors on this burger were amazing and a punch to my taste buds.

Wanna a quick and delicious weeknight meal look no further than Garlic Butter steak tips and potatoes. I seasoned up the 1855 Black Angus Beef strip steaks with Blackstone’s Blackened steak seasoning and Fire and Smoke Onion Butter and seared them off on the Blackstone Griddle. Once they were seared off I tossed them into a Lodge Cast iron pan with some Epicurean White Truffle butter, rosemary,thyme and some more seasonings. I added some potatoes to the cast iron that I soften up on the griddle.
Well went a hot balloon festival yesterday and there was a guy there giving out BBQ sauce samples. Well I love some BBQ sauce and have had a lot of different kind but let me tell you this stuff was so good. I knew it had to be good when my wife tasted it and said buy it. After we purchased it she planned out the meal of what she wanted. So we had some thick cut pork chops seasoned up with Croix Valley Kansas City BBQ Rub then tossed on the Pit Boss with Bear Mountain BBQ Red ,White and BBQ pellets. The flavor of these pellets with these pork chops were amazing. I basted the in smoked garlic and I promise you go order some today it’s that good. My wife is already thinking of something else she can put it on next.
Steak Alfredo is far superior to Chicken Alfredo. You can agree or be wrong 😂😂. I seasoned this 1855 Black Angus Strip Steaks with Blackstone’s Blackened Steak and Tuscan Herb seasoning. Then I tossed them on the screaming hot Blackstone Griddle until they were seared to the perfect medium rare. My wife prepared some homemade Alfredo sauce with Shore Smoke Seasonings That’s Amore. After the steaks had rested in some garlic butter, I sliced them and severed them over pasta with some freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
It’s National Fried Chicken Day and that means it’s time for buttermilk and pickle brined chicken tenders. I cooked this chicken tenders up in a cast iron frying pan on top of the Blackstone until golden brown. You know what sauce I had to chose to dip them in was that Lillie’s Q Tender Sauce. I tossed this already seasoned Calle Sabor chicken on the Blackstone griddle with some peppers and onions. I served the chicken over some Mexican rice with cheese sauce on top that I got from The Hungry Hussey. This recipe is simple, delicious, and has made a permanent place into our dinner rotation.
Another quick weeknight meal copy cat Chicfila wraps using Croix Valley Greek BBQ Booster. I tossed some Good Ranchers chicken breast on the Blackstone Griddle and seasoned it up. I took a tortilla, shredded lettuce, Colby jack cheese, griddled chicken and some Chicfila Avocado Lime Ranch. These are so good and so easy to make.
Quick weeknight meal Greek Chicken with Lemon Caesar salad using the Fresh Express Twisted Caesar chopped salad kit. This Caesar salad kit made it quick and easy because it has everything you need beside a protein if you want. The recipe is simple just griddled up some Good Ranchers chicken on the Blackstone griddle seasoned up with Croix Valley Greek BBQ Booster. I sliced it up and place the chicken on the romaine lettuce, dried cherries, Parmesan crisp, Parmesan cheese and the Lemon White Wine Caesar Dressing.
Quick lunch today on the Blackstone Griddle was a Carolina Burger with a Hussey twist. I tossed some 1855 Black Angus burgers and seasoned them up with some of the Hungry Hussey’s Heifer Dust. Once it was time to build I throw down a toasted Seasame seed bun, burger, cole slaw, burger, chili and topped it with that Cackalacky® Cheerwine Sweet Sauce. Pre-Fathers Day Meal with that Meat District OG Burgers on the Blackstone Griddle. I seasoned these up with Croix Valley Cattle Drive before tossing them on the Blackstone. When I was time to build the burger started with a toasted Seasame seed heel, lettuce, tomato, two burgers with white American cheese, Mt. Olive sweet heat banana peppers, and Croix Valley Honey Dijon BBQ and Brat sauce and then sesame seed crown.
Calle Sabor Carne Asada make quick weekday fajitas. I just tossed it on the Blackstone Griddle along with some vegetables and it was time to eat in minutes. The steak is so tender and flavorful. Hot and Spicy Teriyaki salmon bites on the Blackstone Griddle. If you want a easy weekday meal this is the one. I cubed up some salmon and tossed them in a bowl with Seasame oil and Blackstone Island Stir Fry seasoning. I cooked these on the Blackstone making sure to flip and cook on all sides. I mixed up a sauce using Bachan Hot & Spicy, honey, ginger, and garlic and added this to salmon when it was almost done. Served them over rice with some steamed broccoli.
Thick cut pork chops make a simple weeknight meal. I seasoned up these pork chops with Lillies Q Carolina Dirt BBQ Rub. I tossed these on the Pit Boss with some Bear Mountain Sweet BBQ pellets. I inserted the Meater+ into the thickest part of the pork chop until it reached the internal temperature of 145 degrees. I basted them with some Lillies Q Bourbon Barrel BBQ sauce and they were so delicious and easy.
Taco Tuesday calls for White People Tacos on the Blackstone Griddle. I seasoned up some Good Ranchers ground beef with Blackstone Street Taco seasoning. It was time to assemble hard shell, grounded beef, sharp cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, creama, and taco sauce. These are so good and so easy.
Mondays call for rib night on the Z- Grill. I fired up the Z-Grill with some Bear Mountain BBQ Sweet BBQ. I seasoned up ribs with Spiceology Hickory Peach Porter Rub and mustard as the binder. When the ribs were all most finished I sauced them with Croix Valley Blue-B-Que sauce. The peach and blueberry flavors together made for such an amazing flavor profile. Sunday morning breakfast callers for some Mountain View Meats Hot Links on the Blackstone griddle. These Hot Links from Mountain View Meats was so with egg and pimento cheese on a biscuit. These sausage have just a little bit of heat but are packed with so much flavor. I can’t wait to try them with some peppers and onions. Did not get to cook a lot this long weekend but I did manage to toss some Meat District Shaq burgers on the Blackstone griddle straight from the freezer. I want to fancy them up a little so I made a Steakhouse Burger using Spice Titan’s Steakhouse Burger seasoning. I made an aioli using Dukes Mayo, Croix Valley Worcestershire sauce, lemon and Shore Smoke Seasoning Game Day. For the Burger build it was brioche heel, aioli, lettuce burger covered in pepper jack, spinach and artichoke dip, more aioli and then the crown. These were so good, so different, and so simple. Long weekend means it’s time to so grab your Arctic Zone cooler and fill it up. Remember to take time this Memorial Day to relax with your family and friends and remember the men and women that gave you that freedom.
Memorial Day is just a few days away so grab some Meat District OG burgers and make a doughnut burger. I took the burgers and formed them into balls and smashed them down with Burger Smasher on the Blackstone griddle. When it was time for the build I tossed down one glazed doughnut two burgers covered in American cheese, bacon, over medium egg and another glazed doughnut. The sweet and the savory was such an incredible combo.
Teriyaki Pineapple burger with Meat District OG burgers. I seasoned them up some Blackstone’s Island Stir Fry seasoning and tossed them on the Blackstone griddle. I added some pepperjack cheese and toasted up some sweet Hawaiian buns. For the build I tossed down the heel, then some butter lettuce, burgers, griddled red onions, griddled pineapple and some Bachan’s Hot and Spicy. These were so good and so easy with the Meat District premium steak burgers. # dinner
It’s Saturday so that means a easy meal after a busy day. I tossed some Bright Leaf hotdogs on the Monument Grill. Then grabbed some Pretzilla Hot Dog buns some homemade pimento cheese, chili and some Lil Bird Kitchens Cowboy Coins.
Meat District Shaq Burgers are not just for buns. The premium steak cuts make a delicious hamburger steak on the Blackstone griddle. I picked up these from my local Walmart along with all the other ingredients. I seasoned them up with some mushroom and onions on a bed of mashed potatoes.
Want an awesome side dish to go with any meal on your Blackstone griddle? Then you have to try these Tuscan Herb and Parmesan green beans. These were so simple to make I used a few tablespoons of the Epicurean Tuscan Herb Butter and once the green beans had softened up I added some grated Parmesan cheese to them and that was it. Mother’s Day steaks are always BETTER when they are on the Blackstone Griddle. I got these 1855 Black Angus Beef strip steaks and covered them with Spice Titan Expresso SPG. Let me tell the crust that this rub makes is incredible and the flavor is out of this world. When they hit the perfect medium rare temperature I rested them with some Epicurean Tuscan Herb butter.
