Starting Sept. 1st, 2021 lesson prices will go up to $45, private lessons to $75, and the six-lesson package to $245. Current clients can buy up to 2 plans at the current price in August to delay the impact. Anyone currently on the waiting list can get their first plan at the old price.

Back to School schedule starts August 16th! Contact Ms. Leslie at 864-266-4240 if you haven't talked to her about the shift to afternoon lessons. Some morning classes will still be available for homeschoolers!

Starting a most interesting school year schedule! Some morning classes, some 3:30 and some 4:45 classes! Saturday is full with a waiting list!

We had a soft-open last week with just regular riders, but normal lessons and taking new students resume May 4th!

However, some ways of doing things will change. We are actively encouraging safe-spacing at the barn. While we are fond of helping smaller riders dismount, we need parents to step in at the end of lessons to help their kids. Please wear your own riding gloves and helmets if possible. Masks are preferable but not required. Hand sanitizer is located in the bathroom!

We are dedicated to safety and between fresh horses and the perils of an ER visit at this time, classes will be very conservative and review basics rather than pushing for much progress. We're focusing on fresh air and exercise!

We encourage everyone to live within their comfort zone in regards to attendance, but please stay in contact with Ms. Leslie. Take care, make wise decisions, and stay safe!

Barn Tie-Dye Day on Sept 7th! We’ll probably start at 9am under the pecan tree and go until noonish or a little afterwards. $5 for kids, $8 for adults, $10 for two. Bring your own 100% cotton shirt and wear old clothes. Not sure on the price of screen printing, but last year it was an extra $5.

Looking forward to getting a tie-dye day in!

Ms Leslie's huge jump from KY last weekend! Jump 25 on the cross country course. Catch the wrap up tomorrow on NBC. 🏇

Leslie has been in Kentucky for the Three Day Event this weekend as a cross country jump judge. The Three Day Event is America's only 4 star event and is seriously spectacular. Leslie was on jump 25 - a fairly straight forward galloping fence of 3'9" but the base is about 5'6" wide! I'm hoping there are pictures.
Live coverage was online yesterday, but there is a wrap up that airs on NBC next Sunday.

She came to us as skin and bones with a heart of gold. She gave us her all and was every inch a lady for the years we had her. We all have wonderful memories of her. If we can be as kind, forgiving, and honest as she was, we will be pretty nice humans!

After two years of being rained out, we finally got to reinstate our Halloween Games Day!
Our gift to our riders - games on horseback with candy prizes: Haunted Jump Course, Egg and Spoon, Ride a Card, and the Costume Parade.
