WRSC JALAPEÑO POPPER DIP

8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 c Mayonnaise
1/2 c Sour cream
1 c Colby jack cheese
1 pkg WRSC Green Onion Dip Mix
4 strips of bacon, fully cooked and chopped into bits
1/2 TBS lime juice
2 fresh jalapeños, diced

INSTRUCTIONS

1) Combine the cream cheese, mayo, and sour cream in a medium mixing bowl. Use a hand mixer to blend the mixture until it’s smooth and until there aren’t any large lumps from the cream cheese.

2) Add WRSC Green Onion Dip Mix and lime juice together with the cream cheese mixture. Mix well, making sure to scrape the edges of the bowl.

3) Reserve a small handful of the cheese, crumbled bacon, and diced jalapenos to use as a topping. Using a rubber spatula stir in the remaining cooked, crumbled bacon, coby jack cheese, and diced jalapeño’s.

4) Cover the jalapeno popper dip and place it inside the refrigerator to chill and flavors to meld for at least 30 minutes or until ready to serve.

5) When ready to serve, garnish with the remaining cheese, crispy bacon, and jalapeño pieces.

💡Love a spice? Substitute Jalapeño Dip Mix. It will give your dip an extra kick!

💡 Want to make it vegetarian? Make it with our BLT Dip mix and leave out the bacon. Top the mix with additional bacon bits in place of bacon.

💡Want your dip a little more on the mild side? Just remove the seeds from the peppers before adding them.

Also, welcome to the world of Cracksalt! Use it like you would salt. You shouldn’t have to add any additional seasonings including garlic. Each small bag has about 5/6 cloves of garlic in it!! Try it on beef, chicken, fish, pork, veggies, mashed potatoes, and more.
