was late letting the chickens out this morning.

Based on the looks I got, you’d think I left them locked up for three business days instead of an extra 10 minutes. 🐔😒

The flock has informed me that my performance review is pending.

Alright, y’all. I know I’ve been posting some pretty odd stuff lately.

Between fake accounts, stalkers, and people who seem way too invested in what I’m doing, I’ve probably let some of that nonsense bleed onto this page more than I should have.

I started The Stuffed Hen Homestead to share my chickens, homestead life, wildlife, and all the chaos that comes with it not endless drama.

So if you’ve been wondering what the heck some of my recent posts were about, that’s your answer. I appreciate everyone who has stuck around, supported my page, and continued to engage with my content.

Time to get back to chickens, eggs, and the things that actually matter around here. ❤️🐓

Little cockerel I’m so in love with. He’s such a sweet boy. I haven’t given him a name yet. But I’m just so smitten.

His side eye says everything. In for a checkup on his broken spur he bumped it and we had a little 🩸 little quikstop and some liquid bandaid. And of course his string cheese stick for being a good boy. A lot of my medical care with him is alone, as he is not fond of the husband. Lol

He’s getting better. This little guy will be looking for a new home in a few weeks.
