Happy Father’s Day to all the wonderful dads out there. Celebrating our favorite guy with two new cookies:

The Rockstar: chocolate chip cookie with toffee and pretzel bits - like any great dad he’s not only our grounding rock but also hangs the moon (rock moon sounds weird though 😂)

The Mallowmar: graham cracker cookie with a homemade marshmallow creme coated in milk chocolate - hard exterior with a gooey middle - how else would you describe your dad?

While I’m more of a chocolate chip cookie fan, my husband’s guilty pleasure is an Oreo, so I had to try my hand at making some sourdough discard Oreos for him.

I’ll definitely need to buy some black cocoa for the real test but I just used what I had on hand today and am pretty happy with the results! Now to enjoy 1 or 2 with a big glass of milk 🤤
