After 25 years of cooking barbeque and grilling outdoors, both professionally and at home for friends, I wanted to try something new. I wanted something that wasn’t as dry and hard as jerky and not as greasy as snack sticks. So after some trial and error and a lot of seasoning, smoking and, taste testing, everyone agreed these beef sticks are the best.
